This was a result I reached in an Essex County Municipal Court recently. The charges included four 2 point tickets. Now, this type of result is not achieved by my good looks alone. In order to get a result like this, you must be able to make a good argument, now the traffic statute, and understand the elements of the offense.
This will make it possible (in many circumstances) to put some doubt in the prosecutor’s mind what would happen if the case were to proceed to trial and give the defendant a little leverage.
In this particular instance, I was able to do just that, and get a great result for my client.
