Todd Palumbo is a born and raised New Jersey native. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, one of the top ranked law schools in the country. Mr. Palumbo has a legal pedigree that boast over 35 years of NJ criminal and municipal court defense experience. He appears in all municipal and county courts throughout New Jersey. He specializes in the practice of criminal law and municipal court defense, including DWI and traffic matters.
In addition to his criminal and municipal court practice, Todd Palumbo is one of a few attorneys in the state (only 20 nationally) who has been certified in both the administration of the Alcotest and Standardized Field Sobriety Test, the two major investigatory and detection tools used by law enforcement in the detection of DWI.
