The East Rutherford Municipal Court and violations window is located at 1 Everett Pl, East Rutherford, NJ 07073. The town lists the address as 117 Stanley Street, East Rutherford, New Jersey 07073. Both addresses will get you there. The Court number is 201-438-0169 and the fax number is 201-438-8214. Judge George O. Savino leads the show. Daryl Murray is the Court Administrator and Andrew Cimiluca is the Prosecutor. The Court’s hours other than court sessions are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The Court is in session first and third Wednesday of each month at 1:00pm and the second and fourth Wednesday at 5:30pm.
The court is crowded with a high volume of cases. The major roadways that abut and dissect the town provide local law enforcement with ample opportunity to “protect and serve.” This included East Rutherford police, State Police, Transit and Port Authority police. During the football season, things really heat up with the issuance of a high number of disorderly persons offenses for conduct at the stadium (i.e. Giants and Jets).
